Terms of Use

These terms apply to Cleaner AI (the “App”), provided by Ece Yaren Sarımaden. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. By using the App you agree to both.

What the App does

The App helps you find and remove duplicate, similar and blurry photos and large videos, and compress videos, on your own device. It only deletes or changes items you choose. Deleted items go to the Photos app's “Recently Deleted” album, where they stay for up to 30 days before iOS removes them for good. You are responsible for checking what you delete.

Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is”. We work to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that it will find every duplicate or that it will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the loss of photos or videos you chose to delete.
